Rachael
Owner
Rachael is co-owner of Number One Complex and previously specialised in nail treatments for five years, as well as LVL and HD Brow treatments. She now works in construction with her dad and primarily focuses on managing the Complex, occasionally covering reception during staff holidays. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her cats. Crazy cat lady!
Hannah
Owner / Hannah Jackson Beauty
Hannah is co-owner of Number One Complex and has specialised in make-up for the past eight years. She occasionally covers reception during staff holidays and enjoys dining out at weekends, as well as always having a holiday planned to look forward to. At the weekends after work, you’ll usually find Hannah engrossed in her Kindle.
Heather
Receptionist
Heather is one of the friendly faces who welcomes customers at reception. She previously worked in banking before joining the team, is highly creative with a talent for DIY and has recently taken up yoga.
Nicole
Receptionist
Nicole is one of our friendly receptionists, known for her love of energy drinks, late-night gym sessions, and our new Megasun K9S sunbed. She brings great energy and a warm welcome to Number One Complex.
