Rachael
Owner
Rachael is co-owner of Number One Complex and previously specialised in nail treatments for five years, as well as LVL and HD Brow treatments. She now works in construction with her dad and primarily focuses on managing the Complex, occasionally covering reception during staff holidays. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her cats. Crazy cat lady!
Hannah
Owner / Hannah Jackson Beauty
Hannah is co-owner of Number One Complex and has specialised in make-up for the past eight years. She occasionally covers reception during staff holidays and enjoys dining out at weekends, as well as always having a holiday planned to look forward to. At the weekends after work, you’ll usually find Hannah engrossed in her Kindle.
Broadie
Receptionist
Broadie is one of the friendly faces who welcomes customers at reception. Broadie started out with us being an extra set of helping hands in evenings in March of this year, but has since joined us full-time. Please help welcome her while she settles into her new role and gets to know all new and returning customers.
Nicole
Receptionist
Nicole is one of our friendly receptionists and has been part of the team for the last few years.
She is known for her love of energy drinks, late-night gym sessions, and our new Megasun K9S sunbed. Nicole brings great energy and a warm welcome to Number One Complex.
Libby
Receptionist
Libby has recently just joined the team as an extra set of helping hands for a few days a week. Libby is looking forward to welcoming you all while she settles into her new role!
Teigan
Receptionist
Teigan joined the team at the end of March of this year to be an extra set of helping hands in evenings and is returning to continue her studies in Maths at University. Thank you for fitting us into your busy schedule Teigan!
